As a relatively small agency, we depend on effective and outstanding ways of hiring new employees. Thus we’ve identified to use these platforms/technologies to use at first and with priority when a new job posting got published:
- Linkedin Jobs
- Talent.com
- devjobs.at
- Google Jobs (pay attention to the proper schema.org markup being used on our website’s job ad)
Working contracts
As a basis for new working contracts we - as an Austrian-based company - make use of the “IT Dienstleistung Kollektivvertrag”
